We are really fussy about what we buy and whom we buy it from! As a result, we work with some wonderful suppliers who are every bit as passionate about their food as we are about ours.
Our menus always include more than one vegetarian option and as we make everything from scratch, we can easily cater for special dietary requirements.
The lounge area makes the perfect setting for informal family celebrations, wakes and after work drinks parties. Food can be served buffet style and groups of up to 40 can have private use of this lovely room.
Head Chef, Alistair Doyle and his kitchen brigade take pride in preparing simple yet sophisticated food using the freshest of local ingredients. The daily changing menu showcases Alistair’s stunning British food which is always good, honest & unfussy. From the dining area, you can witness the fascinating bustle of Alistair and his team crafting the freshest of Sussex produce into plates of mouthwateringly delicious food.
The children’s menu also uses high-quality ingredients so you can trust that their meals are prepared with the same care and attention to detail as the food on your plate.
We are proud to serve draught, locally made Harveys Sussex Bitter, Longman American Pale Ale and Hepworth's Blonde organic lager.
Our diverse wine list includes organic wines from Spain, France and Austria as well as a delightful English sparking wine, Bolney Bubbly which hails from the family run Bolney vineyard in rural Sussex.
If it’s not alcohol you’re after, we also serve a wide range of organic sparkling presse’s, fair trade organic coffee and herbal teas.
